Tuesday & Thursday 7:30-9:00 PM &  Saturday 12-1:30 PM     OPEN training alongside Fighters immediately following classes.      

STRUCTURE

Training follows the traditional Thai camp style of rope, shadowboxing, padwork, sparring and clinchwork.
